How do we work?

WE GET TO KNOW YOU AND YOUR CASE.

We organize a meeting with the client at our office where we discuss his situation. The meeting usually takes place in the presence of two lawyers: a managing partner and a lawyer specializing in a specific area. In multithreaded and complicated cases we work in complex teams. We collect all relevant information. We take notes. We agree on a fee for legal services. We set deadlines.

WE SET UP CLEAR RULES OF COOPERATION.

With respect to the fact that we value the transparency of the terms of cooperation, legal service begins only after the contract is signed by both sides. We are perfectly aware of the fact that nowadays clients need predictable fees for legal services, so we offer many services for constant flat-rate remuneration, which does not mean that we do not allow other types of settlements. In our office, the following settlements with clients are possible:

1. hourly fee;
2. flat-rate remuneration for a case;
3. fixed fee for permanent monthly service;
4. mixed (fixed fee + success fees).

WE ESTABLISH THE MOST EFFECTIVE PATH OF THE PROCEEDING.

We carefully read the documents and information provided by the client. Based on the status of the case we provide the client with all possible legal solutions. Of these, together with the client, we choose the most satisfactory and set a further action plan.

WE PROCEED WITH A CASE.

Immediately after analyzing all documents and developing tactics, we proceed to conduct the case. We implement the tactics and arrangements with the client.

WE STAY IN PERMANENT DISPOSAL AND CONTACT.

We are aware of the importance of cases to our clients, so we stay in touch with them, keep them up to date with any changes or undertaken actions. We are dispositional and flexible: we provide constant, direct telephone and e-mail contact with the lawyer conducting the case. We send scans of letters sent by us and deliver incoming correspondence. We inform you about dates of court proceedings. 

WHEN THE CASE ENDS.

After the court proceedings are closed, we offer clients the possibility of further cooperation in conducting any enforcement proceedings. When we finish cooperation with the client, we return the original files to him.
