Agnieszka Wróblewska-Tumiel is an expert in offset law. Since 2007, she has been coordinating and conducting proceedings before the Ministry of National Defence concerning offset contracts.

She specializes in civil law and public procurement law. She provides comprehensive legal services for business entities, natural persons and public finance sector entities. Agnieszka Wróblweska-Tumiel has extensive experience in the field of industrial property rights and protection of personal interests. As a specialist in labour law, she provides legal advice both to entities having the status of an employer and employees.

She is conducting proceedings concerning returning of real estates expropriated by the Bierut Decree and claiming compensation on this account.

She has a thorough practice in family law, particularly in the area of divorces, separation, maintenance, division of joint property and concluding matrimonial property agreements.

Agnieszka Wróblewska-Tumiel is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed a postgraduate seminar in Maastrich in the field of implementation and application of European Union law.

Since 1998, she has been entered into the list of attorneys-at-law of Warsaw Bar Association.
