Iwona Pasierbiak is an expert in the scope of public procurement law and new technologies law.

She provides comprehensive legal services for Polish and foreign business entities and natural persons. For many years she has been successfully providing legal assistance in public procurement for both contracting authorities and contractors, in particular in the field of representation before the National Appeals Chamber.

Since 1998, Iwona Pasierbiak has been servicing business entities operating in the field of new technologies by providing them support by: developing regulations for the provision of telecommunications and other services related to the implementation of new services (including financial and insurance services); developing and negotiating draft contracts for the supply of IT systems; developing regulations for various websites and on-line shops due to the new provisions of electronic services; executing payments via the Internet and/or micropayments. She is a specialist in IP law. She has also extensive experience in the application of personal data protection law, in particular in the application and implementation of the RODO.

She is entitled to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board in State-owned companies.

Iwona Pasierbiak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lublin. She completed postgraduate European Studies at the University of Warsaw in the field of European integration.

Since 1997, she has been enrolled on the list of attorneys-at-law of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
