He specializes in company law and commercial law, including comprehensive legal support in the area of investment and constructional matters.
Sławomir Wasilewski successfully represents our Clients in complex proceedings before common courts, arbitration courts, the Supreme Court of Poland, and also the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland. He has extensive experience in transportation law and constructional law. For many years he has been providing comprehensive legal services for one of the leading Polish company in the constructional sector.
He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He completed postgraduate studies in Labour Law at the Jagiellonian University.
Currently, he is a lecturer of transportational law at the Warsaw School of Economics, he also holds the office of the President of the Świętokrzyskie Association of Road Carriers. In addition, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Special Economic Zone in Starachowice.
Since 1997, he has been entered into the list of attorneys-at-law Lublin Bar Association.
