PRIVACY POLICY IN THE KPWW PASIERBIAK WASILEWSKI AND ASSOCIATES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

According to article 13(1) to (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation)- hereinafter the “GDPR” - we present the following information:

The administrator of your personal data is the Law Firm Pasierbiak, Wasilewski and Associates Limited Partnership with its registered office in Warsaw (00-042), st. Nowy Świat 49 local 201-206, Tax number: 527-22-66-085, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 00000029841, kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register.

2. Purposes and basics of personal data processing:

The Law Firm processes personal data for the following purposes:

1. provision of legal services;
2. recruitment of employees (information on the processing of personal data of candidates for work);
3. fulfillment duties resulting from legal provisions

3. Profiling

The Law Firm does not make decisions with regard to data subjects, based on automated processing, including profiling.

4. Rights of data subjects

According to the GDPR, you are entitled to:

1. access their data and receive a copy thereof;
2. rectify (correct) your data;
3. delete data, limit data processing;
4. object to data processing;
5. transfer data;
6. lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

5. Data retention period.

The Law Firm stores data for a period justified by the implementation of a legal order or for a period resulting from legal provisions.

6. Recipients of data

Access to your data is granted to authorized employees of the law firm and entities operating IT systems in which your personal data is stored.

7. The right to lodge a complaint.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if the processing of your personal data would violate the provisions of personal data protection.
